Tracking Your Order
You can track your order online at my account page, or via the courier specified in your order confirmation email.

Our Business Days and Hours
Business Hours:
Beauty2tool Support team work from Monday to Friday for 8 business hours. Otherwise, you may submit a ticket. Our support team will reply you as soon as possible, normally within one to three working days.

Public Holidays:
On public holidays of Hong Kong, Beauty2tool office, customer service centre and warehouse will be closed. You can still place your order at beauty2tool.com and we will process your order immediately on the next business day.

For one day ahead of the public holidays, Beauty2tool will have notification on page to make sure you are aware of this matter.
